Romero – director of “Night of the Living Dead”), Barbra (“Night of the Living Dead”), Peter (“Dawn of the Dead”), Mr. Rhodes (“Day of the Dead”), Dixon (“The Walking Dead”), Shaun (“Shaun of the Dead”), Jim & Selena (“28 Days Later”), Deputy Eros (“Plan 9 From Outer Space”), Holman (“Astro Zombies”).

– The characters are watching “Attack of the Crab Monsters” from 1957. The movie was playing on my own TV when I wrote that part.

– The twist ending connects “Halloween Night of the Living Dead” to another multi-part Micro Terrors story, insinuating these events are occurring at the same time as the other story.
